This event log is generated even the meeting request was generated.
Root of the issue:
Possible cause for the occurrence of above problem is that your MS-Entourage for Mac fails to send correct location information to Exchange server 2003. That is why Exchange server declines the meeting request. Corrupt Entourage is also one of the reason responsible for the occurrence of above event log.
Solution:
To solve above problem, Microsoft provides a supported hotfix. For using this hotfix it is important to install MS-Exchange Server 2003 Service Pack 2 (SP2) in your system.
