However, at times you get stuck in a problem when you use Entourage application. You cannot use features that Entourage provides to you. Number of reasons are responsible for this. Suppose you use MS-Entourage for Mac to send a meeting request to a resource mailbox of MS-Exchange server. While doing all this you receive an error that shows that meeting request was canceled. In addition to this following event id's will be logged in event log's like this:

"Event Type: Error

Event Source: Auto Accept Agent

Event ID: 4097

Description:

Exception occurred while processing item "file://./backofficestorage/test.com/MBX/test/Inbox/test01.EML". This item will not be processed.

The exception information is:

System.NotSupportedException: Culture "en" is a neutral culture. It cannot be used in formatting and parsing and therefore cannot be set as the thread's current culture.

at System.Globalization.CultureInfo.CheckNeutral(CultureInfo culture)

at System.Globalization.CultureInfo.get_DateTimeFormat()

at System.Globalization.CultureInfo.GetFormat(Type formatType)

at System.Globalization.DateTimeFormatInfo.GetInstance(IFormatProvider provider)

at System.DateTime.ToString(String format, IFormatProvider provider)

at Microsoft.Exchange.Agents.AutoAccept.EventSink.SendAcceptResponse(IAppointment appt, CdoInstanceTypes instanceType, Boolean isUpdate, CalendarEventCollection cColl, DateTime lastInstanceStartTime, ResponseType response, CultureInfo userCulture)

at Microsoft.Exchange.Agents.AutoAccept.EventSink.ProcessCalendarRequest(String itemUrl, String calMethod, IAppointment incomingAppt, IAppointment inStoreAppt, CdoInstanceTypes instanceType, String calLoc, String sDeletedItemsFolder)

This event log is generated even the meeting request was generated.
